Nice to meet you, my name is Michelle. I would like to tell you all about me. Middle name is Yea-Na. My favourite food is KFC. I really love popcorn chicken. My favourite animal is the tiger because I like the pattern on the tiger's fur and the colour. When I get home from school I like to read. I am reading a book called 'Fries'. My favourite sport is tennis because I like to hit the ball with my tennis racket. My favourite place is Auckland because I went there in the holidays. When I was a little girl I fell over some high stairs. I nearly broke my leg. My favourite colour is green. I have four people in my family. My Mum, my dad, my sister MinJin and me.
23.03.09 The Cultural Garden
On Tuesday Blue and Green groups were in the ESOL room. We welcomed Mr Cameron and we asked hom some questions. He answered all of the questions which we asked him. He offered us $150 of plants. I was really surprised! In the end Mr Cameron had to leave. I thought it was fun because he was able to tell us what to plant in our garden.
15.10.08 How to make jelly
You will need:
A cup
A jug
A bowl
A packet of jelly crystals
A wooden spoon
Method:
1.Fill the jug with hot water.
2.Plug it in and switch it on.
3.Open the packet of jelly crystals.
4.Pour the jelly crystals into the bowl.
5.Pour the hot water into the cup.
6.Pour two cups of boiling water into the bowl.
7.Stir the jelly until it is dissolved.
8.Let the jelly cool for a while.
9.Put the jelly into the fridge to set.
10.Enjoy your jelly.
31.3.08 Pioneer Pool
Yesterday we packed our swimming togs because we were going to a swimming pool called Pioneer. We drove to Pioneer and when we got there we had to pay money to get in. So Mum paid then we went in and got changed and got in the pool. Then we played tag. My sister and I went to the deep end. We swam across. Next I got changed and went to Burger King. After we had some burgers and chips we went home. At home we played on the computer and me and my sister played a game called Bomb It.

I love your photo! I hope you are enjoying school this year, and having a good time at ESOL. My favourite takeaway food is KFC also! I've been having a lovely time with my baby Max, and he is such a cute baby. Say "hi" to Mrs Williams for me.
